Sized Nappies usually come in Small Medium and Large or Size 1 and Size 2, to fit different sized babies. Unlike the one-size nappies, you will need to buy bigger nappies as your baby grows, but you usually get a better overall fit with sized nappies as they can be less bulky on smaller babies than the one-size nappies.
